Bindle is a private keepsake vault app for iOS, currently in development. This page covers the Bindle marketing website and waitlist only — not the app itself, which will have its own separate terms once it launches.

Using this site

You may browse this site and join the waitlist for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by submitting false information, attempting to disrupt the waitlist form, or scraping or reverse-engineering the site beyond ordinary browsing.

The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you access to Bindle, a specific launch date, or any particular set of features.
• We may change, delay, or discontinue Bindle — or this website — at any time, without notice or liability to you.
• We may invite waitlist members in any order or manner we choose.
• You can ask us to remove your email from the waitlist at any time by contacting us.

Intellectual property

The Bindle name, logo, and the content, design, and code of this website belong to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing here grants you a license to use them, except to view the site in your browser as intended.

No warranty

This site and the waitlist are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in the waitlist.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site and product evolve. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
